Sport science is the application of scientific principles and techniques with the aim of improving sporting performance.

We at Queen's Park incorporate physiology, psychology, motor control and biomechanics as well as nutrition and diet, flexibility, hydration, strength and conditioning, proper warm-up and downs into our training schedules.

Our aim is to provide the best possible support environment for players to develop. Sports science plays a central role in strength, power flexibility in players along with good eating and resting habits.
